Arthouse: Five x Seven 2011

Five x Seven 2011 marked the 12th Year of one of Austin’s most celebrated art benefits. In an effort to recapture the glitz and the glamor of the event, re-imagined within the context of Arthouse’s incredible new building, we developed an identity for the 2011 installment that felt like a party – like a real occasion – to help grow the energy inherent in Arthouse’s return to 700 Congress Avenue.
We created an overall event brand that included a reapeating motif of circular hang tags that mimicked the actual tags buyers pull to purchase art during the event, as well as a sub-brand for SOCIAL (the younger, scrappier affair) which we built around an image of The Black and White Years, who headlined the party.
