First Bank is a fast-growing community bank – one of the most financially successful regional banks in the country – serving North Texas and the Dallas Metroplex. Their growth was driven by referrals and word of mouth – in large part due to stellar service and customer experience – but they were being held back by an outdated website, in-branch experience, and visual identity.

We worked to uncover the values that define how First Bank does business, and communicate those values in innovative ways. We did this through extensive research with existing customers, stakeholders, bank leadership, as well as thorough analysis of existing quantitative data.
Develop a new visual identity and brand voice that reflects these values.
Building around their existing logo, we developed a fresh, relatable visual identity and clear, friendly messaging. We shaped the new brand to meet people where they are in life, and position First Bank as a partner in achieving their goals and dreams.
Design and build a comprehensive new digital experience.
Leveraging a new content strategy and UX/UI schema, we designed and developed a ground-up website aimed to improve conversion, while also supporting the needs of existing customers.
Reimagine the in-branch experience.
We developed print collateral, wayfinding, and signage to reinforce a cohesive customer experience, support customer service staff, and drive connection between the retail and digital experiences.
